Yoga at Home

Bring the healing power of Yoga into your home. Anna has been teaching private clients for more than eight years, watching their practices deepen, and seeing them through many life changes. She tailors each class to the student's needs. If you're new to the practice, this is a great way to get started. If you're healing from an injury, this is a great way to get back in the game.
